We use a series of interviews with you, your senior team, your staff and your customers (and in some cases competitors) to come back with an ongoing 100 day plan with updates. This is about action not pretty charts, but pretty charts may help down the line. If you see value you might use us on a pricing plan - or you may do the work yourself. We just want to offer helpful challenge to your ideas and help drive your value. Perhaps you might be a referee or a Portman Advisor to pay it forward.


You want us on demand, for key issues, but in the background helping to solve your issues

Business coaching helps you to develop discussions around key business issues. If it's out of our skillset we will say and no charge. If it's in our experience set (and we've seen a lot of issues) we will give you our learnings and suggestions of next steps, people to speak to. You have no issues which need coaching in your business - you may need one of our other diagnostics - listening groups in particular. We have a skill for finding issues which have been glossed over. It's usually all profit enhancing.
