Please note this is a programme of interviews and cannot be completed in one session. Staff and customer listening groups are powerful interviews which lead to detailed profit improvement plans - interviews are conducted with your top 20 leaders and groups of key people from customers, frontline staff to board room to gain insights on real views of employment opportunity, staff ownership and engagement over the business and leadership. The passion of your people can improve profits several-fold through better retention, recruitment, sales conversion, operational efficiency and productivity. Portman has previously engaged his approach with small businesses improving profit by up to 8x in 2 years. All Portman engagements include travelling time and 1 hr write up time in the price quoted.
